Sometimes when I’m discussing CrossFit with my friends (who don’t CrossFit) the topics of strict healthy diet, lack of unnecessary indulgence and consistent intense training come up, and I get this reaction, “well, dude, you gotta live.” My response, “You’re right, I do live, just not the way countless others do.” See, the thing is, I’ve got one life to live and I choose to live it elite.
